MetalMade was founded by Mark Armstrong, who brings over 20 years of experience from vehicle and automotive manufacturing. Working with raw materials, heavy machinery, and industrial production environments, he developed a deep understanding of durability, tolerances, materials, and repeatable systems.

Alongside manufacturing, Mark maintained a lifelong passion for producing high-quality art and collaborating with like-minded artists. MetalMade was formed at the intersection of these two worlds—industrial manufacturing and art.

In analyzing the wall art industry, a clear gap emerged. Presentation lacked durability, functionality, and practicality. The standard approach relied on temporary solutions that failed to match the permanence of the artwork itself.

MetalMade was created to address this gap. A metal panel and magnetic display system engineered for longevity, repeat use, and premium presentation. The objective was not to create artwork, but to create a foundation that elevates artwork and enables others to deliver lasting, functional wall art to their customers.
